Barberitos is Southwestern cuisine the way it should be. We cannot give away our secrets, but we'll try to describe to you the amount of care and attention we put into ensuring that our food is the healthiest and best tasting food in the industry.

Preparing the Meat

We marinate boneless, skinless breasts of chicken in our homemade southwest marinade. Our USDA Choice steak is trimmed by hand and also marinated in a sauce of our own recipe. They are both then char-grilled to perfection.

The Freshest Salsa Around

Our handcrafted salsa is made from fresh tomatoes which are cored, cut and diced. Make no mistake about the taste; these tomatoes come fresh from the farmer's market. The perfect blend of fresh cilantro, white onions, and diced peppers is essential in complimenting the tomatoes in our savory, fresh salsa.

Vegan Guac Prepared Fresh Daily

Our totally vegan guacamole is the world's best, without a doubt. We use only the freshest avocados, which are cored and then mashed to a smooth pulp. We then blend in other delicious, natural ingredients to create our one of a kind, fresh, mouth-watering recipe.

Barberitos is proud to use products such as grated cheese and sour cream made from real milk. We cook our southwestern rice, black beans, and pinto beans fresh every day. Also, our sautéed mushrooms, spinach and green peppers provide an excellent base for our delicious vegetarian selections.
