Barberitos’ new USC campus location will feature its first-ever convenient service window for poolside guests

ATHENS, GA (September 2, 2015) – Columbia’s first Barberitos® restaurant will open on Monday, September 7, in the new 650 Lincoln development on the USC campus. The Southwestern grille and cantina will be open to serve fans attending the first home game at Williams-Brice stadium on Saturday, September 12.

Known for serving only the freshest and best tasting made-to-order burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads, this USC location offers fans an added perk: a convenient service window for poolside guests. Thanks to the unique location, this is the first Barberitos of its kind with a service window opening to the complex’s pool and courtyards. Indoor features include stack-stone accents and stainless steel finishes with unique interior décor tailored to the university’s team colors and mascot.

Barberitos’ salsas, guacamole, hot sauces, meat marinades, and salad dressings are made from scratch each day. Full-service catering is also available ranging from boxed lunches to taco, salad, nacho or fajita bars that can be customized to serve a few to several hundred people.

Continuing its expansion throughout the Southeast, the Columbia location is the third in South Carolina joining locations in Anderson and Charleston.
