Barberitos Voted Athens Best Burrito

The annual Readers Choice Awards asks readers to vote on their favorite service, dining, shopping, and people in the Athens, GA area. Since 2003, the 14 year-old company has held the top spot for best burrito in the Classic City. Barberitos boasts the longest winning streak for a restaurant in the history of the contest. Barberitos announces "Win Free Barberitos for a Year" contest!

Athens,Ga- Barberitos, an all natural and fresh, Tex-Mex restaurant franchise is excited to announce the new contest for 2011, “Win Free Barberitos for a Year!” There will be one winner from each of the 21 Barberitos locations. The winners will receive one free meal a week for an entire year. Customers can sign up in store or online at www.Barberitos.com by providing their name and email address. The contest begins February 15, 2011 and will run until May 1, 2011. Barberitos Opens 27th Store in Knoxville!

David Hearn and son, Chris Hearn, from Morristown, TN decided to open a Barberitos location in Knoxville in the Bearden area after frequenting the Barberitos in Johnson City. The new store is located at 215 Brookview Centre Way Knoxville, TN. The Southwestern Grille will offer free wireless for customers. “We are thrilled to have finally opened! We are excited to share our food with the Knoxville community” said owner, Chris Hearn. “We believe we are selling the freshest and best burrito product out there.” Barberitos is a quick service restaurant offering fresh, Tex-Mex cuisine including a variety of burritos, tacos, salads, quesadillas and nachos made to order.
