First and foremost, “fresh” is not an abstract concept. Fresh, all natural vegetables are delivered and hand cut in each store daily. Salsa, guacamole, hot sauce, meat marinades, and sauces are made from scratch, in-house every day. Tomatoes have never seen the inside of a can. Barberitos restaurants do not have freezers or microwaves, and no fats or preservatives are added. We only use fresh breasts of chicken, and all of our meats are char-grilled right in the restaurant.
