Barberitos, an all natural and fresh, Tex-Mex restaurant franchise has rolled out a new limited time menu item, Mango Salsa. The Mango Salsa is available system-wide and rolled out for customers on May 11, 2012.
The Mango Salsa is a blend of ingredients that makes it perfect to eat alone or add to any menu item. The Mango Salsa is a healthy option and is available to be added to any low-calorie meal and give it an extra refreshing flavor.
“We wanted to offer a new salsa for customers to enjoy. We thought that adding in the new Mango ingredient would complement all of our menu items very well” said Downing Barber, CEO and Founder of Barberitos. “We have had a great response from our customers on it and thought summer was the perfect time to roll it out for a lighter and refreshing option.”
Committed to serving “farm fresh” food, Barberitos serves all natural vegetables delivered to stores and hand-cut daily. Each menu offering is prepared at the time it is ordered right in front of the customer. Barberitos “7 under 7” menu features seven items each under seven grams of fat and less than 400 calories and includes mini grilled chicken burrito, jerk fish taco, and a variety of salads.
Founded in 2000, Barberitos has 27 open restaurant franchise locations in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee and an additional 15 contracts secured to open.
