Barberitos and 104.7 The Fish Support MUST Ministries’ Summer Lunch Program

(Athens, Ga.) Barberitos recently partnered with the Athens/Atlanta area Christian radio station 104.7 The Fish to help raise money for MUST Ministries Summer Lunch Program. Nine Barberitos locations in the area teamed together to host a percentage day to donate 15% of sales to the Summer Lunch Program. The percentage day was announced on the air on Tuesday, July 16th by the Fish team. A visit from DJs Kevin and Taylor to the Sandy Springs Barberitos was also part of the event. The MUST Ministries Summer Lunch Program provides sack lunches for children who normally receive free or reduced-cost lunches during the school year. However, with school not in session, many children are not provided with adequate lunches. MUST Ministries delivers sack lunches daily for ten weeks to targeted neighborhoods in the metro-Atlanta area that need them. Barberitos Asheville Donates to Local Food Bank

The Barberitos in Asheville, NC hosted a fun charity event this weekend called “Eat, Rattle, and Roll.” At this event, there was live music played by one of the Barberitos team members, half price burritos, and $1 beer. Donations were given to benefit the Manna Foodbank in Asheville. Barberitos matched the amount of all the donations collected.
